The purpose of this course is to introduce massage therapists to the benefits of kinesiology taping (KT). This course includes how to tape soft tissue and reasons why you would choose to utilize kinesio taping techniques during the course of a massage on certain clients. Learning about the application of kinesio tape gives the massage therapist another tool for helping clients reduce and manage pain. Kinesio taping techniques are easy to learn and can be integrated into the massage session on various areas of the body. Kinesio taping techniques add another dimension of effective pain relief.
